I have not been wearing the wrist widget for the last three weeks.
In that time I drove for 3000 Km, I put up my tent, I did acro-yoga for a week, I used the computer, I held my mobile phone, opened doors, I biked, I held a large soup pan with one hand, I went shopping, I kept my hand palm up to hold coins so I could count them, and finally, this morning, I hand-washed my t-shirts and dared to twist-dry them.
No signs of pain. My left wrist feels totally good, as good as the right one. Next, I am going to Portugal for a week of windsurfing. I haven’t done that in 2 years.
